Company registration

Welcome to ResHealth, the secure online solution for administration and management of health assessments (commonly referred to as a HA) under the Queensland Coal Mine Workers' Health Scheme. ResHealth must be used for all Queensland coal mine worker health assessments. For more information on the Scheme, visit our business website.

For the purposes of this content, 'company' refers to an employing entity.

To register a new company with ResHealth, you will need to

  • Nominate a super user who will register your company and themselves at the same time.
  • This person must register using their legal name and will be required to verify their identity.
  • This person will be the administrator for ResHealth and control who can access ResHealth on your company's behalf.

Create your ResHealth Company account

If you require access to an already existing company account, you will need to request an invitation from the company's existing super user. Contact the ResHealth team if you are unsure if your company is already registered.

A brief overview of the process

  • Step 1 - The company account is created by the employer representative.
  • Step 2 - Appoint the company AMA(s).
  • Step 3 - Start a HA for the the worker and submit the employer section.
  • Step 4 - The worker receives an email to complete their section of the HA.
  • Step 5 - The employer arranges the medical booking as per the requirements of their AMA.
  • Step 6 - Approved medical provider(s) complete the examination and assessment sections.
  • Step 7 - Once finalised, your worker and you are notified by email that the HA Report is available to view and download.

Tips for employers

  • Appointing more than one super user to your company will prevent access being delayed if the existing super user is not available to access their account.
  • Ensure you have contracts in place with your AMA(s).
  • Make sure your company's AMA(s) are appointed for a minimum of 6 months before starting HAs to ensure their access is not restricted due to the expiry of the AMA appointment.
  • Check you have the worker's currect full name, date of birth and email address and are entering these details correctly in ResHealth.
